Beautiful, pale, yellow color, with green-grey highlights and very bright parts

Then, clear scent revealing flint, and more floral notes

Beautiful attack, very nice freshness, notes slightly with salty and iodized water

Pairing: sufficient to itself, it will be excellent as an aperitif with seafood or fish
